I’ve been teaching English as a Second Language for quite some time now. I also have experience as a Team Manager in my previous company. There I’ve handled teachers, guided them and worked as a team to accomplish everyday tasks. As a teacher, it brings me joy every time my students are able to accomplish their goals or show even the smallest improvement in their daily classes, because I know they give their effort and dedication to improve their skills and build their confidence.

For me every small improvement is a huge accomplishment. This becomes a motivation for both me and my student to keep pushing for success. When I’m not teaching I do enjoy listening to podcasts, reading articles or books, and listening to music to relax. I also try to learn new skills whenever I can, because for me learning never stops, it’s a continuous process that develops each person for the better.
