How much is your hourly rate? |

We have fixed salary rates for full-time teachers starting at 15,000 per month for a probationary period. It will increase based on your qualifications. After the probationary period, rates will be switched to home-based incentives for P192/hr.
Is it a booking system or a regular one? |

Are college students/high school graduates welcome to apply? |

Yes. Applicants who are at least 18 years old are welcome to apply regardless of educational attainment.
What is the nationality and age of the students? |

They are Korean students and come of various ages.
I do not have ESL teaching experience, can I apply? |

Yes, with or without ESL teaching experience are welcome to apply.
I am outside Baguio, can I apply? |

Yes. Since it is a home-based job, we are accepting applicants all over the Philippines.
Is equipment provided? |

No. You should have your own PC/laptop and meet the following system requirements:
- Dual Core processor or higher
- 4GB Ram or higher
- High-definition webcam and a noise-canceling headset
- 5 Mbps and above wired Fiber Internet connection (No: signal-based & wireless connections)
- Windows 7/8/10
